An very nice experience from start to finish! The staff, especially Mr. Damiano, were really good, and the rooftop bar's view of the Empire State Building was amazing. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Great family trip! The hotel was surprisingly spacious for a Midtown location. Charmaine at the front desk was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. We loved the location, close to everything!
